Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo was one of the first ice cream makers on Mallorca and is one of the oldest chocolatiers in Europe. The first café opened in Palma in 1700, but moved to Carrer C'an Sanç in 1977 due to the dilapidation of the original building. You can still view the old tiles and ice cream vat at C'an Sanç. The second most emblematic venue is located on Carrer del Baró.
